MSL 5000 Error

when I boot the library the LCD become white and nothing is displayed.

I try to modify the contrast but the problem is the same.
The library is Scsi direct connect to a server and the server does not see the library.

the led on the power is turned on and the led on the backup unit is off.

Pleas help me !!

Have you touched the screen after you applied power? Physically touching the front panel screen is required to get the unit to complete its Power On Self Test (POST).

Yes,

I touched the screen.
after this the screen become white and no options is avaible. I tried to cange the contrast options but nothing change.
