MSL 6000 on the SAN

Hi,
I have an MSL 6000 attached to the San via fibre, I am using backup exec 10d to backup data over the network to the Tape drive even though the server's I am backing up from have disks on the SAN.
What is the best way to backup off the SAN on to the drive and can I setup the MSL 6000 so that two servers can access it.
