MSL 6030 - benefits of 2 drives in a library

I am considering whether to purchase the library with 1 or 2 tape drives. What are the benefits of 2 drives ?

Hi,

Some benefits:
Faster backup, you can start 2 backups at the same time.

Some redundancie, if one drive fails the other can take over the backups of the failed drive (some configuration to do).

Copy a tape for external storage.

More drives, smaller timeframe
