MSL 6030

Hi my friends
I have two MSL6030 and i have equal problem in 2 devices. I install 2 LTO 4 on them.In display of MSL this massage is run:
one or more device not install. When i see status of MSL display:device initialing...
I update the firmware of MSL,fc interface. But this problem is not resolvent.
Pleas help me

How have you cabled the two drives? Is there only a single nsr (fiber channel storage router), or are there two?

Before this subject , the MSL can not initializing drive LTO . only initialize in one slot drive and other slot have this problem.
