MSL 6060, fault symptom code 3106

Hello,
error appear with the MSL 6060 fsc=3106 when using mail box, with the other message : picker jammed 6.
Firmware version : 5.16

to suppress the problem, i turn off power and power on, and it is ok again, and no problem when the MSL is saving on tapes

This can be related to the firmware. Update to 5.20!

Also check if the media is inserted into the magazine properly and nothing is obstructing the Robotic path in the library

Hello ,

i have change the firmware version 5.20 and the problem is the same, i have saw that the problem is only with the mail box when the robot put a cassette in the mail box it did'nt insert it full inside, but for all the other slots it is ok; what to do ?

Hi,

I would probably look to exchange the magazine as a first attempt...

I don't recall whether the upper and lower magazines are the same. If they are, try swapping them round and see if the problem moves with the mag.
