MSL 6060 master FW upgrade 5.20 failed, slave got upgraded to 5.20

Tried to upgrade the FW of the MSL 6060 to 5.20. The FW upgrade failed and now have a situation where the Master module is at revision 5.16 and the Slave module
is at revision 5.20. The Slave module displays a message saying that it is waiting for the Master upgrade to complete before it reboots. Thought of these options: 1.Break the master and slave apart.2.Make master standalone.3.Then upgrade master to 5.20,
4.Once upgraded put both back into master/slave configuration. But would like to how to break the master/slave, and put back the configuration. Can anyone help to advise

You can do this from the front panel (password needed?) or just use the MSLUtil.exe tool via serial connection.
