MSL Library 5060 problem

hello,
i have msl 5060, the problem is that when i use the cleaning tape i get error "Fault code:8003(soft) drive load didnot complete"

on the symantec backuo excute i get this error "the drive hardware is offline, please confrim that the drive hardware is powered on and proprly cabled"

if any one knows the solution for this please help me. the normal backups are running peoperly, the problem comes when i use the cleaning tape

Can you please post the Firmware on the MSL Unit.

* Try to update the Unit to the Latest version using LTT.
* Try to use a New Cleaning Tape.

Please update with Progress.

yes i tried with new cleaning tape aslo

Pls include the Part number of Cleaning tape used.
