MSL2024 Close Mailslot not resolved!

Hello,
I have the same issue as several other posters and have done the same tasks trying to resolve the issue. I have the current firmware, clean prisms, no dust bunnies (was clean when I opened the case) and no error codes besides close mailslot. I went thru the same process to get here. First the display stated I had an â incompatible magazineâ . It is the one it came with three years ago that has 1 mailslot(two hand holes). Then I updated the firmware at which time I got the â close mailslotâ If I enable the mailslot it says I have three mailslots, then when I disable the mailslot in configuration slot 9, 5 and 1 are â no accessâ I tried to put a washer on the sled in hopes that there was wear causing the LED's to not alighn with the prisms. I have restored factory defaults and restored from a configuration file. I have included a trace dump. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

just seeing the slot 2 got a lot of retry,
and you have the library in sequence mode instead of random
out of that, could be a magazine defect, did you try to run tests from LTT?

and it looks like there is no load port enabled
