MSL2024 problems with Arcserve 11.5

Hi,

We have an issue seeing the library in Arcserve. All the slots show as dismounted and when I try to mount them Arcserve says the device is offline. The drive and loader are all working ok and it is set to Random mode and I also have the latest service pack and drivers installed for Arcserve. Under devices it shows the drive and library as seperate devices too. I have been unable to find any info on this so would appreciate any help anyone could give me! Thanks

Hallo,
you must in windows system manager disabled the Tape and the Library driver.

Then start in Arcserve the Libary Config Tool and make a "auto" config.

Configure barcodes and Cleaning Tape Slot - no automatic cleanning, no "fast initilation"
