MSL5000 DLT Drives not shown in DP 5.5

Hi there,

MSL5000 with 2 DLT drives. MSL is connected via fiber to our SAN. The drives show up in Windows Device Manager as well as in L&TT.

The MSL5000 was added successfully, it even scans cartridges. But when I try to add the tape drives, I get the error message:

'No Data Devices Detected'

I've removed the drives from the device manager, updated drivers, restarted the server... Not sure where to go next.

Am I missing something?

I am having the same problem with an msl5000. I am not sure if you rae still using it or rmember the the fix. I will appreciate your help on this. Thanks
