MSL5026 failing 'clean drive' operation with error 5016

Hi folks,

I've got 2 identical MSL5026 drives which have started giving me this error on a clean cycle. If I use the front panel I get an error 5016, if I use BackupExec I get 'invalid media'.

Both libraries are on the last firmware, I've tried swapping physical drives, slots, reserving a cleaning slot or not, different cleaning carts - this has to be something daft.

Anyone seen this before?
