MSL5026S2 error code 3032

Hi.

I have on a MSL5026S2 the following error: "3032
Chassis S/N Character count is not correct".

I didn't replace or install any part of Library.
I notice that label inside of Library is damaged.

How can I remove the error?

Hi,
Your error is most likely caused by the damaged barcode label. If you contact HP you should be able to get a new barcode label to remedy the problem.

Thanks, I assume that is only solution new label.
Does this label has P/N, and witch HP must I contact - regional or global?

For continuous quality improvement, calls may be recorded or monitored.

I do not know if the barcode label has a part number - sorry.
