This morning, the panel of my MSL5026SL tape library is displaying a message: "Drive Fetch Failure" and I notice that a tape is still in one of the drives after a successful backup last night. What does this message mean? and should I log a call on this issue?
I may be grey, but at least I'm not bald!

Solution
Hi Randy,
Drive Fetch Failure comes when robotic not able to take the catridge from slot. You can probably look through the front cover may be some catridge would have not seated properly.
Try Power recycle of the library and check if issue resolved if not then contact HP.
regards
Mano

Re: MSL5026SL Drive Fetch Failure
The tape was jammed in the tape drive. A label on the top of the tape had partially come off and was causing it to stick.
