MSL5030 Problem

Good morning everybody.
I posted a message last week. I have a MSL5030 library with one drive connected to a SAN through an e1200 FC router. Everything seems to be Ok, but the library doesn't accept commands from the backup server (in this case LEGATO). Always give an error when tries to load or unload a cartridge. When I try to use a Alpha Server, the same situations ocurrs, but in the uerf -R command shows me a CAM SCSI error. Have you seen this before? Some kind of clue?
