MSL5030 lcd display eratic - Backup Exec 8.6

Server is ML530, Tape library MSL5030, HP Ultrium drive Compaq firmware 04.04.

The lcd disapear when rotating the tapes in the library.

How do I get the latest firmware version? or does anyone have a similar problem?
