MSL5052 FC tape libary problem ...

Hi guys,
I have a problem with one MSL5052 who hangs to when I run backup with data protector. Aslo there is a problem with web interface of tape libary, because it is not accessable.
I am guessing that problem may be in library controller. I am sending LTT Support ticket ...
Can you get me some hint... ?

What is your OS?

regarding the web interface - make sure the cable is connected and has a link. check the library IP address from the front panel.

If needed, bypass your browsers proxy server!

For non working backups I would suspect the tape or tape drive or connection first, not the lib controller.

Well when I have try to connect directly to library controler, I did not get in.
OS is Windows 2003 all connections are ok.
In attach there is HTML version of Support ticket (big file was before, and that is why it did not attach to post).

Not really useful, because all the detailed information is missing. Compress the file and try again.

Ok, try with this ... it is compressed with 7zip ... because that limit of 1mb ... TNX :)
