MSL5052 change magazine while job is running

we hav a tape library msl5052. After a firmware update, we cannot access to the magazine while a job is running. Access to the mailslot is possible. Does anybody know how we can change this?

The ability to open the drawers (other than mailslot access) while the drives are in use would seem like a defect to me. It would seem your firmware update fixed this defect.
