MSL6000 - connect old scsi adapter to dl380g6
msl6000 is connected to dl380g3 server via Ultra320 SCSI adapter SPN 272653-001
I want to connect msl6000 to a new server dl380 g6
when install the scsi adapter in the new server it hang on first screen and didnot start POST at all
??
any suggestion

Hi,
I'll guess that the SCSI adapter isn't compatible with the newer server. Does it go through the POST if the MSL isn't connected ?
Looking at the Quickspecs of the G6, the only supported SCSI HBA is 412911-B21.
