MSL6000 with NSR e1200-160
When I run the L&TT V4.0 I get a message that the device scan failed to find the library drives. The Tape drive is visible in the L&TT, the drive slots says they are empty.

Re: MSL6000 with NSR e1200-160
Do you still see all of the mappings in the NSR web interface? Deleting and recreating them helps also from time to time.
Do you have the windows device drivers installed?
Can you use the library normally with the backup software (eg Data Protector)?
best regards,
Kurt

Yes I have the drivers installed.
Data Protector picks up the library, but not the drives.

Re: MSL6000 with NSR e1200-160
This seems to be a mapping issue. i too faced the same problem once. Just create/re-create the mapping and things will turn out fine.
