Well... you will love this!

We moved the tapes up one in the magazine, i.e., We started our rotation in slot one instead of slot zero (the mail slot). The backup worked last night.

So, does this mean a bios fix (0423) for mail slot positioning, or were we just "lucky"?

The FE is going to replace the shuttle assembly today and I think our plan is to get a few backups in (Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday) before we deploy the 423 bios. We know 421 works in our other sites so it should work here as well...

We have a plan of attack for deploying 423 to everyone by the end of the month!
