MSL6030 FETCH ERROR USING VERITAS9
We have a SAN solution with MSA1000 and MSL6030, 3 servers running W2KSP4.
When a full backup is perfomed, the 1st tape (LTO) gets full, another tape is request, but the library fails with the error: fetch error and the second one is not mounted and the backup fails.
The LTT no shows errors, firmware of the library is update.

Re: MSL6030 FETCH ERROR USING VERITAS9
Looks like an hardware problem.
You can test your hardware using the front panel option "move media" to pick media froma the slots and put them into drive and vice versa.
There's an equivalent function in LTT, you reach it pushing the black "front panel" button.
Try to figure out if this problem occour with a specific location and/or to a specific drive.
