MSL6030, NS E-1200 Errors

I am stumped as each day we lose connectivity for our tape (MSL6030) that can only be resolved by a reboot. Lookng at the router I see all devices discovered properly. Backups seem to run fine as well. In the Windows 2003 server event log I see the following error:

I have also attached a log file from the E1200 for review as there are numerous bus errors. Hopefully someone out there can provide a little insight

I had a look at the nsr log, and first, you need to upgrade your firmware
second, the HTH error is a low level error on the parallel scsi bus usually caused by bad cable or terminator.

I did update the firmware last night before I left but also enabled persistent binding on all servers and HBA cards. Not only has this stabilized the system but backups are now running much, much faster. If it fails again I will look at SCSI and or fiber cables as the possible culprit. Thank you
