MSL6030 with Erros 8003 & 3013

I have supplied an MSL 6030 which was using LTO2 drives. The customer has installed two LTO3 and it has come up with these errors. It has F/W 5.07. Can anyone advise why it has these errors, the library was unused.

Error 8003 - Drive load did not complete

Front Panel Description Drive load did not complete
Extra Description The drive failed to successfully load a tape

Error 3013 - Drive Fetch Failure

Front Panel Description Drive Fetch Failure
Extra Description Loader failed to fetch a cartridge from a drive.

My advice for you is upgrade the library firmware to 5.20
