MSL6030 with FC option (e1200-160) no link to server
We connect first and second drive to SCSI connectors on e1200 board, connect one drive to SCSI connector on backplaine and in two free SCSI connectors install terminators (one at drive and one at backplaine).
Does it correct? Or only one terminator is need to install?
We connect e1200 board by SCSI cable to HBA FCA2214 in DL380 server. FCA2214 Windows driver is installed on server.
But link is no working: at HBA we can see two color indicators - green and magenta; at e1200 board one green indicator.
How to resolve this question?
Best regards.

I never tried it but I believe that you should cross the fibre cable

Also, you shoudl create a map, this map should be presented to the host.
Then, reading the event log, you can identify why your system is unstable, if it is caused by SCSI channel problems, or FC problem.

Re: MSL6030 with FC option (e1200-160) no link to server
I installed two terminators in free scsi connectors (on first and second scsi bus).
But in firmware of e1200 card present option "enable termination" to first and second scsi bus.
Is it need to disable this option (for all scsi channels)?

A scsi bus should be terminated at both ends. The internal part is terminated by the system, the external one is terminated by a Terminator.

Re: MSL6030 with FC option (e1200-160) no link to server
My system work OK with ENABLED and with DISABLED "Internal termination" in e1200 card both ...
But "External termination" - need TWO terminators, but in HP documentation to e1200 - specified ONE. It's error.
I enable all termination and install two terminators. After firmware upgrade of library in robot (to 5.18) and drives tests passed without errors.
