MSL6060 PTM Picker errors

Hi,
We have 2xMSL6060 with PTM.
Since installing PTM weve had intermittent Picker Jammed errors.The picker actually get's itself stuck under the metal tab between the upper and lower elevator slot's on primary top MSL.
This library has been in use for a number of years without issue.We have run diag's for calibration on both library and PTM and all weel in spec,generally 60-80 range.

FW is 5.20.
Appears as though picker enters slot and almost rise's on exit with tape and angled guide for tape's on picker gets caught under library metal casing, however in a test of shuffling tape's via PTM all appears okay.

Any advice?

I would check the PTM Motor cable. Make sure
it is seated properly. If jams continue then I would replace this cable.

Use LTT to make some diagnostics.
I have a problem with a MSL 5252 S2 with 4 drives and picker was replace and the problem persists.
Now im gone change the module controller of the picker.
In my case if the replacement of the controller dont work i think that i have to replace the MSL.
Im gone do that today i will post the results on afternoon.

Sorry, long overdue update. Was solved by replacing PTM backplane assy. Two parts appeared to be from different manufacturing. New spare appeared same as origianl. Once replaced there were no further issues.
