We have added a third LTO-Ultrium Drive to our SAN Attached MSL6060 Library but the OS cannot see it.
The library can see it and procedures through the Library GUI/HTTP are executed without problems.
The new drive is in slot 2 and is chained to slot 0.
L&TT says...
"The device scan failed to find all the library files for at least one library"
Please help!

Solution
Most likely you have an embedded E1200 FC/SCSI storage router (some call this a bridge, but let's not split hair on this...).
In that case, I guess you need to add an entry to map the SCSI device to another fibre channel LUN. You can make the change through the serial port (use the correct cable - the ones between the library and the E1200 are not interchangeable) or the network port, assuming it has already been set up.

Re: MSL6060 library can see new drive but OS cannot
Need to map the drive in the storage router as our pharaoh suggested! Many thanks.
