MSLUtil.exe not connecting

when i try to connect to my tape library MSL5052 on com1 (the only com port) i get a connection failure. im using the proper cable and ive tried all baud rates. im still not able to console into the library.

Hallo, take the "Library and Tape Tools" for confige, testing and firmwareupgrading etc.
Before you can take this go into the touch panell from the library and change the vendor from "Compaq" or to "HP". The you can manage your Library with the LTT !
