MSLUtil factory settings

Hi,

Those anybody now how to start MSLUtil in mode that will allow access to factory settings.

My unit MSL5026SL has forget the MAC address for the network card. I haw the factory password bat I can't bypass the error on the touch panel to enter factory mode.

Fault Code : 0A01 (Hard)
Invalid Ethernet (MAC)
Address Program a valid Ethernet address then reboot the unit.

The MSLUtil is accessing the unit normally. Only in the normal mode the input for MAC address is gray out.
