Magazine is locked

I have a clustered installation of Backup Exec 8.5 NT. My autoloader is installed using the Shared Storage Option. My problem is that the autoloader door (Compaq TL891) can only be opened (Magazine locked) from one of the nodes and usually it is the other node so I have to a manual failover to be able to eject the magazine. Is this a bug or a feature?! Is there a workaround?

Currently, support for Digital Alpha and higher-end Storageworks products is not on this forum. If you are in the US or Canada, call 1-800-354-9000.
