Missing all tape drives from ESL 712e series

Do anyone have an experience or idea why all the tape drives is missing from the Windows device manager?

From the TL command view all the drive is visible..Have checked the zoning and mapping and it is ok..What is the other possible reason?Kindly advice

Did you check secure manager?

You need to present the drives to a host, if enabled.

Note: LTO-5 and 4 drives are connected in a different way then older generations.
