Thanks for the info and leads. I will try all of this.
More background:
I was getting CRC errors in Backup Exec before the latest error I posted.
I changed drives and began to get the new error. I ran the Tape tools and got I/O errors during the read tests. The SCSI ID is 5 and the changer is set to 7. Firm ware was updated by HP Tape Tools.
How do I get the latest Windows NT drivers? In other words, drivers from Veritas or HP or Microsoft?
