Msl 5030 with FCA2214
Have attach the MSL5030 library to my server with the FCA2214 adapter. The link fiber is OK and the led in the adapter is ambra ON.
But the adapter and the system don't find the library and the tape. Why ?
My system is DL360 with windows 2003.

Re: Msl 5030 with FCA2214
in order to see the devices (robotic controller and drive) from a MSL with FC, you need to log on the NSR and create a map. when the map is created you have to assign the map to the server, this presentation should be made assigning the map you created to the WWN of the controller that should appear after a discovery on the FC port.
If the WWN of the server do not appear, check for cabling, zoning and speed on the switch
