Multiple drives and Librarys showing in Tivoli Storage Manager

Hi,
Currently have a problem where Tivoli Storage Manager see's 2 ESL9326 librarys and nine sdlt drives. The library is connected to a San through two modular data routers, and a compaq fibre switch. I think it's a configuration problem wih the MDR's but am not sure. Anyone got any ideas.
