N4000 unable to see one drive in a SureStore E 6/60 tape library
ioscan shows 5 of the 6 drives.
The tape library sees the drive OK and has no errors.
hardware location of the drive that is not showing up is 4 1/10/0/0.2.0
the other drives are located at:
tape 1 0/4/0/1.5.0
tape 2 0/12/0/0.1.0
tape 3 0/12/0/1.3.0
tape 5 1/10/0/1.4.0
tape 6 1/12/0/1.6.0
ran insf -C tape -e no help (ioscan still does not see the drive...

Solution
May be a bad drive. Consider to replace.
Run
ioscan -fnCtape

I believe you are right...We will be replacing the drive...
The ioscan does not show the missing tape drive at all..

It could be SCSI cable or termination issue.
