NSR E1200 U160 does not start

lnPci0: no carrier
NFS client support not included.
Contacting DHCP server for lnPci0...done.
SCSI bus 0 is up. Connect Mode: (LVD)

If a power off/on does not help, try to reseat the card. The unit is likely bad, but consider to reflash the firmware (via serial, should always work).
