NSR does not connect to brocade

I have a MSL6000 with a HP e1200-320 4G Interface Controller. I have this NSR connected to a brocade 2/16. I have set the NSR Performance Mode set to 2g. Discovery Mode is set to Discovery on Link UP. I can not get the link status up. When I do a switchshow it displays port 10: id N2 In_Sync
I have tried portdisable 10 and portenable 10
with no luck.. I have tried 2 different ports
with the same results.

try "portCfgSpeed 10 2G" to set the switchport to 2G.

Have you already replaced the cable and the switch port?
Can you attach here a full nsr report?
form the left hand menu, select report and save as HTML single file
