Need advice on ESL712 errors

Ok, tried to create a full support ticket (too k15 minutes) and at the end it failed with the following message :

Support ticket file creation failed.; nested exception is:
com.hp.commandview.tape.common.util.exceptions.TLRemoteException: [5020] File transfer failure. Can't open file ; nested exception is:
com.hp.commandview.tape.common.util.exceptions.ImEmfServerException: [5020] File transfer failure. Can't open file

The last post pointed me in the right direction, work has been done on this thing before I had to do the administration of it...
I swapped the 2 small serial cables in the robotics controller, J17 & ...

problem is solved !!! no more errors

the write error about the ticket was that there was still a ticket in the memory, when I deleted it and recreated a ticket it worked. (it gave a timeout on the robotics controller though because of the bad cabling)
