Need to get oriented to software

I've just bought an Ultrium 460 LTO-2 tape. I downloaded Library and Tape Tools version 4.4 dated 2004. I need to get up to date on the various software.

 

Is this currently the correct version of LTT to use with the Ultrium 460?

 

This version of LTT tells me the drive firmware is not current (I have E48D) and I should upgrade to version F63D. Is this still the correct firmware? And where might I find it?
