Newer DPX SSE version

What is the newest version of DPX SSE we can use with the license included with an HP Storage Works DAT?
Where we can download it?

That is DPE 4.0 sp1 build 46537

You shoud have a CD with DPE inside of that CD there is a folder called entitlement certificade.
