No Labels Found

Hi all,
All of a sudden my ssl1016 autoloader will not read the tape labels. When I try to move tapes from the front panel or web admin page, I get "no label" or "no labels found" when trying to admin tapes by barcode. Any help would be appreciated.

cleaned the drive, rebooted autoloader, stopped and restarted Backup Exec services.
Is this thing on??
