No data devices detected 159:13043

I´m getting this error when I'm trying to configure a drive in Dataprotector 6.0:
"No data devices detected 159:13043"
I already executed ioscan -fnC tape and shows tape drive CLAIMED but Data Protector does not detect it.
Any ideas????

What device files are avaiblable for use?
You can always try with alternative device files to get DP use the drive

we removed all devices connected, and then we had to create them again but with SAM, it seems to be a bug with the command-line option.
