On my tape LIBRARY 4048 generated error

On my tape LIBRARY 4048 generated error message.
Please rectify the error code and problem.

ERROR:--
(Drive sled miss F2 02)
HE-Drive sled not present
Drive -number= 0x02,2
serial no=xxxxxxxxxx

Kindly, tell us how can solved the problem and what is a bad impact of the perticular ERROR code and  problem.

This means drive 3 is missing, drive load order is 1,2,3,4 from bottom.

Maybe drive 3 is dead?

If you physically inspect the library, where are the drives?

Any recent changes?

Connect to the MSL 4048 directly (should have a IP address configured), not to any server.
