Parity Errors on Ml370 with External DLT/SDLT

I have a problem with 2 new ML370 servers where if we connect an external Tape Libary to the onboard SCSI controller we get Event ID 5 "A parity error was detected on \Device\ScsiPort1. " This happens with both a ADIC DLT7000 changer and also a new Compaq MSL5026SL Libary.

Both Servers have the latest Compaq Support Paq's loaded.

I have read in a nother thread that using the Symbios driver instead of the compaq driver will fix the problem. Where can I get this driver ?

I downloaded a driver from LSIlogic that matches the chipset but thsi causes the server to hang on startup.
