Password forgett in DLT

Hello all,
I have a DLT Ultrium 1-SCSI C7200 2/20, and I forgett the password. Now, I have to unload a lock tape by web, because the server is in other place, and I don't have the password. How can I reset the password?

The password reset is done with a special password provided by the HP call center. If they can't help you post back here.
