Patches installed do not show as installed in DP 5.5

Patches installed do not show as installed in DP 5.5

I have installed all the lastest patches for DP 5.5 but when I check from the GUI, on the clients and Cell manager by clicking the "Installed Patches" button to see if they are in fact installed there is nothing there. The good news is the problem I was having with the Exchange logs truncating has been solved.
