Picker Jams

We are running 2 MSL5026SL tape library units, using Veritas BE 8.6. On both of the libraries we are experiencing picker jam errors. Is anyone running this configuration successfully ?

whqat are the picker jam errors. Do you have any cleaning tapes in unit.

Dude,
I get them atleast twice a day...
...compaq claimed our hardware was not fast enought to support the new "technology" so we went ahead and purchased new hardware (ML370s) and r still getting the errors!!!!!!!
Compaq...HELP US!!!!!!!!!!
