Problem @ Backup EXEC 10.0 with MSL2024 LTO 3 Fibre connection

Hi All

I have problem @ backup10.0 with MSL2024 LTO3 device. Right now I fail to put this storageworks into Robtic Libraries in Backup Exec 10.0, anyone can help me about this issue. Thank you inadvance.

Please see following details for my environment.

HP DL380 G5 server with single port emulex fibre card connect to same fibre swith as MSL2024.
Both MSL2024 fibre ports(Port A and Port B) are connect to same fibre swith.
Veritas Backup EXEC 10.0 install on DL380 G5 server.

I can see tape dirver under device manager, storage and veritas backup exec10.0
I can see Libraies (HP MSL G3 series library) under device manager and Storage. However, I can not get it under Robtic Libraries @ Veritas Backup EXEC 10.0.

So, anyone had same problem as me? Any idea?

I upgrade the Backup EXEC 10.0 to 12, all done. The MSL2024 LTO 3 960 back to Robtic Libraries.
