Yes, let us know if that resolves the issue. From the details in the other thread, you have an MSL6030 (5U) with a similar error.

I assume they have not changed the interated chassis.

Hello David,

Yes, I am having MSL6030 (5U).

Support engineer has upgraded only firmware.

Yesterday's scheduled backup was successfully completed without any error related to error code 3013.

I have the same "fetch error 3013" with MSL6030 (2*LTO3), firmware 5.07.

Is ip possible to upgrade firmware by library WEB interface without LT&T utility?

(it hangs sometime)

Can I use file NextGen_518.bin from site:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/products/storageworks/msl/

Is it correct file version ?

You can update Library firmware via the Remote Management Interface. With NextGen
firmware. Latest rev should be 5.20.
