Problem on Autoloader 1/9 - DLT8000

Good mornig, I have a problem on Autoloader 1/9.
When the backup start the throughput is about 300 Mb/min but after 2 minutes, the throughput go down to 40 Mb/min.
I try to backup with Brightstore Arcserve and with NTBackup but I have the same result.

The autoloader and the drive have the latest firmware, and the SO is WIN 2003 Server Sp1.

I don't know where is the problem, controller SCSI, autoloader, DLT drive...
Is there sameone have the same problem?

When it drops to 40mb/mins is it backuping Exchange or mail server?

I have solved the problem 2 hours ago with an hp engineer.
He suggest to make a power cicle of the autoloader and then all works fine.

The engineer said that probably was a buffer error.
