Problem with RSM?
Hi forum,
yesterday I got a new E1200 controller. Last night my backup job was broken and LTO-4 drive wasn´t accessable. I rebooted the E1200 controller and the drive got a new SCSI ID. The drive is also accessable with Data Protector (6.11). When I start a backup job with DP the job faild with following messages:
------
The device "STN_D1-MSL6030" could not be opened("Device could not be accessed")
Starting the device path discovery process.
A new path(s) "Tape0:0:0:1C" found for device "STN_D1-MSL6030" and stored.
Device path discovery process finished
Cannot open device (Mutex already locked.)
Session has failed
------
After this I disabled the DP process and started L&TT and checked drives health status. This one told me that RSM ist still active.
I checked the reg-key on: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\hplto and autorun stands on '0'.
I have no idea what I could proof. Hope someone here could help me to find out whats wrong.
